The silent warriors.

Hey guys, I hope you all are doing well. It’s been really really long. I don’t know why I just stopped writing here, though I've been busy lately but that can’t be the excuse. So I’m overwhelmed that you came here despite of my not so good behavior!

The topic I'm choosing here is The Silent Warrior.

They are the one who build a wall around them,
A wall that you can't see, but it's there.
Stopping them to enjoy the moments that are worth living for.
They are fighting to destroy the wall but they are tired.
Tiredness that sleep can't fix.
They fight battle silently in their room with their minds.
They are living among us, they are one of us.
Let's find them and break the wall together.

So these days, I do stumble upon people with broken heart, broken dreams and pretending to have a bad life also I do use social media that implies I come across with people pretending to live the best life. The point here is we have all kind of people around us. Some who make hype about their so-called best life and the other who make hype about their sad broken life.

But what we don’t see is there are some set of people behind their mobile screen watching all this, while sitting in a corner. You don’t know anything about them how they are doing. They might be your old friends who just picked a silent life or a family member.

These are the people who you should be more concerned about if they wear a smile always, it might be a mask. If they choose to be silent there might be a turmoil going in their mind. These are the people I called The Silent Warrior.
They fight a battle every day that you have no clue about. They fight their own thoughts, They wish not to see the next morning and if they do then they think the purpose of their living before getting out of their bed. They don’t seek attentions, they are just living with their own insecurities. Wondering how perfect life other people are living and how worthless they are.

So I can’t declare these people depressed or suffering from anxiety disorder, but there might be a possibility. Your friend is not living like a moth life because they like it, it’s something they are not unable to get out with.

Recently I had a conversation with a friend related to anxiety and depression. And we both agreed that the issue is serious but more than that it’s people in our society who prevents such people to lead a normal life.

First, it’s the parents, who just can’t adhere to the fact that their child is suffering from a disorder after all he/she is facing every problem because he is not waking up early right? , though they’ll completely ignore the fact that he is not sleeping since past few weeks. Also, how can their child be mental?  They are just happy about the fact that their son is spending all day in his room not spending any money or not partying like other kids.

Now we come to the second problem,  that is wannabe depressed human. So they share sad shayari, sad quotes all day all telling people how depressed they are. Googling the symptoms of depression and acting like they are at a serious stage. They might be sometimes, but dear loud depressed human I tell you this not how it works, you can't sleep at night because you slept all afternoon, you are sticking at your room because you have a Netflix account.

Yes, nature gives you a little call or I say a lot of calls before you hit something serious. So you don’t search mediums to be depressed but means to fight it away. This is something very serious guys, just back it of, stay strong fight it back. Don't let it come in your way knowingly or unknowingly.
And if you see some silent fighter, be their back. Look at your friendlist, is there someone who just disappeared? Stopped talking to you? It may not be the ego but silent a fight that they are fighting alone. And it's the time they need your support.

So see you guys until next time,
As I say my goodbye.
Regards.
